AdrianeHi!! My name is Adriane and I am absolutely adorable. I'm about 12 years young (although you would never know it) with beautiful button eyes, soft, fluffy fur and a smile to gladden your heart. I weigh about 4 pounds and could easily play peek-a-boo with you from a purse or doggy back pack. I was an owner give up with my son, Bear, after all these years together. Why? How can someone just give up a member of the family. I guess it's due to circumstances little dogs like me can't do anything about. I am very sweet and like to be held and snuggled and I'm potty trained. You would hardly even know I'm around. I would like to find a home with a loving person who won't throw me away like an old pair of shoes. It would be nice if you have room for Bear, too; I've already lost everything else, but if not, could I have lots of love and attention. I will require soft food because no one ever took care of my teeth, so now I don't have any, and please no kids under 8. I could get hurt so easy. ********************************************************************************** We show some of our adoptable dogs at PetSmart, Utica, each Saturday between the hours of 11:00am and 3:00pm. Cats typically don't do well at events, so they only attend with a pre-approved meet and greet appointment. If you are interested in a particular pet, we suggest you email: mmarpaws@gmail.com to see if that pet will be there.
Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, not on a first come, first served basis. On site adoption available to pre-approved applicants only.
Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise.
MMAR is an all volunteer, foster based, 501 (c) 3, non profit organization. Without your donation, wonderful pets like these have to be passed by because we cannot afford their care.
