Candy GirlI am a sugar sweet, very pretty 8 y/o Flat Coated Retriever mix who will melt your heart in an instant. I am a healthy, happy loving girl with lots of walks, car rides and belly rubs left in my life. My sad story is like so many others, my family couldn't keep me for one reason or another and I don't understand why, but I am very optimistic that my new family is out there just waiting to find me and bring me home. But, could you please hurry because I have to stay at the kennel because there are not fosters for me and I'm lonely. I am house trained, good in the car, love kids and attention. I am used to being a family member and am very loyal and eager to please and play. I would do well in a variety of homes with a fenced yard. Come check me out and see how sweet life can be with a Candy girl.

Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, NOT on a first come, first serve basis.
********************************************************************************** We show some of our adoptable dogs at PetSmart, Utica, each Saturday between the hours of 11:00am and 3:00pm. Cats typically don't do well at events, so they only attend with a pre-approved meet and greet appointment. If you are interested in a particular pet, we suggest you email: mmarpaws@gmail.com to see if that pet will be there.
Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, not on a first come, first served basis. On site adoption available to pre-approved applicants only.
Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise.
MMAR is an all volunteer, foster based, 501 (c) 3, non profit organization. Without your donation, wonderful pets like these have to be passed by because we cannot afford their care.
