Hi there! My name is Percy and I'm a 7 month old Spaniel and Golden Retriever mix! I am pretty laid back and easy going, they call me the calm one. I love to be around people and I'm used to lots of dogs! I travel very nicely in the car., travels well. I'm crate trained and doing well with house training. I was in a situation with too many dogs and not enough food, so that was rough but I'm getting better. I'm hoping for a new home soon, do you happen to have one? Adoption Info The adoption fee of $225 includes current vaccines and sterilization. I will try to be at the Utica PETsMART Adoption center on Hall Road, east of Van Dyke, the 1st , 3rd and 4th Saturday of the month (except some holiday weekends), 11-3 p.m. Email or call if you are making a special trip and we'll try to make sure I'm at the store that you'll be at! ********************************************************************************** We show some of our adoptable dogs at PetSmart, Utica, each Saturday between the hours of 11:00am and 3:00pm. Cats typically don't do well at events, so they only attend with a pre-approved meet and greet appointment. If you are interested in a particular pet, we suggest you email: mmarpaws@gmail.com to see if that pet will be there.
Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, not on a first come, first served basis. On site adoption available to pre-approved applicants only.
Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise.
MMAR is an all volunteer, foster based, 501 (c) 3, non profit organization. Without your donation, wonderful pets like these have to be passed by because we cannot afford their care.
