Meet Rocky, a spirited 1-year-old Belgian Malinois mix looking for his forever home! Rocky is full of energy and loves to stay active, making him a great companion for an equally energetic family. He enjoys playing fetch, chewing on bones, and spending time with other dogs, though his enthusiasm might be a bit much for more laid-back pups. Rocky has a high prey drive, so a home with a secure, fenced yard is a must to keep him safe as he explores. While he’s still learning to walk nicely on a leash, he’s eager to please and ready for some training. Despite his high energy, Rocky has a sweet side and loves to cuddle after a day of play. If you’re looking for a lively and affectionate companion, Rocky could be the perfect match!
********************************************************************************** We show some of our adoptable dogs at PetSmart, Utica, each Saturday between the hours of 11:00am and 3:00pm. Cats typically don't do well at events, so they only attend with a pre-approved meet and greet appointment. If you are interested in a particular pet, we suggest you email: mmarpaws@gmail.com to see if that pet will be there.
Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, not on a first come, first served basis. On site adoption available to pre-approved applicants only.
Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise.
MMAR is an all volunteer, foster based, 501 (c) 3, non profit organization. Without your donation, wonderful pets like these have to be passed by because we cannot afford their care.
