Nettie is an energetic and scrappy little girl. She's very smart and agile, the first one to attempt stair climbing and to run out the door. She loves to play with her larger brother and wins the battles every time. She's consistently socialized with people and other small dogs and cats. She will need a special owner who will play ball with her to help with her overbite. She can be seen by appointment only, she will not be at pet smart This is an estimate but she will probably weigh no more than 15 lbs. no children under the age of 10 physical fence required mom yorkie terrier, dad coton de tulear- shih tzu mix very well socialized and outgoing all of these puppies are used to being held and having continual love and cuddles will require regular grooming no small children or large size four legged family members must go to a home where someone will be home for the dog! by appointment only- in foster home. will not be at petsmart. ********************************************************************************** We show some of our adoptable dogs at PetSmart, Utica, each Saturday between the hours of 11:00am and 3:00pm. Cats typically don't do well at events, so they only attend with a pre-approved meet and greet appointment. If you are interested in a particular pet, we suggest you email: mmarpaws@gmail.com to see if that pet will be there.
Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, not on a first come, first served basis. On site adoption available to pre-approved applicants only.
Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise.
MMAR is an all volunteer, foster based, 501 (c) 3, non profit organization. Without your donation, wonderful pets like these have to be passed by because we cannot afford their care.
